Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Out of stock products
- Carrier delays
- High order volume during peak seasons
We will notify you if your order experiences any significant delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Plinthos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for lost or damaged items.
Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
